Health & Safety

VALLEY GARDEN SUPPLIES PTY LTD has legal responsibilities regarding health and safety. The downloadable document "Drivers Handbook" highlights our responsibilities and our expectations. No handbook, however carefully thought out, can provide all the answers. These instructions are guidelines and will not replace the knowledge which can only be gained from experience and common sense.

Delivery

  1. Deliveries off roads and access to and from property is customer's responsibility
  2. Off road is deemed past kerb alignment
  3. The goods shall not pass to the purchaser until payment in full is made
  4. A minimum delivery charge will be paid for all deliveries
  5. Deliveries under 1 cubic metre will incur a higher delivery charge

 

Products

All natural products can vary in size and colour from time to time.

 

Sales

  1. Special orders: 30% non-refundable deposit if cancelled
  2. All quotes are valid for 7 days only
  3. No refund or return will be recognised by VALLEY GARDEN SUPPLIES unless notified within 24 hours of receiving goods
  4. Cheques only accepted if arranged prior to purchase
